Our full-time DIPA is a hop-head's dream come true. Utilizing a bit of light crystal malt to create balance for the imperial ABV, this is an amazingly balanced beer considering its hop-forward nature. We selected a neutral yeast strain to ensure nothing interferes with the intense tropical juiciness of this choice mix of citrus hops. Dry, drinkable, and dangerous. This product is Vegan.

Leaning on a slightly higher finishing gravity rather than adjunct sugars for body, Heavy Cloud is Lactose-free and features the smooth, low-bitterness impression that fans of the style love. A cloud-like haze is derived from a generous bill of wheat and oats. Finally, the aroma and flavor scream tropical oasis - passion fruit, pineapple, lychee and coconut.

El Dorado is the baseline hop with guava and cotton candy sweetness that serve as a template for the bigger cold-side additions of Simcoe and Galaxy. The Simcoe has a slightly more tangy note of navel orange and is an elevating hop that pushes the brightness of the fruit profile up against the ripe Mango and sugared Strawberry notes of Galaxy. Overall this beer presents juicy while not coming off as cloying.

THE GOAL OF STATIC PROFILE IS TO INCREASE HOP FLAVOR AND AROMA USING A SLIGHTLY ALTERED DRY HOP REGIMENT FEATURING A DRY HOP DURING KNOCK OUT TO THE FERMENTER. SIMILAR TO FRACTURED REALITY, STATIC PROFILE LEANS HEAVILY ON STONE FRUIT FLAVORS AND AROMA. PEACH, APRICOT, PLUM, PEAR WITH A TOUCH OF TROPICAL MANGO AND CITRUS. Opaque in appearance, but with a marshmallow softness, we use specially chosen roasted malts to impart a non-astringent, darkness that laces the glass and your mouth from first sip. Quit Stalin made its way into more regular production after glowing reviews and popularity although its distribution remains limited. Without being astringent, a solid roasty backbone, full body, and absolute velvet finish round out hints of nutty toffee and chocolate. The barrels impart fantastic oak and vanilla characteristics, and a muted hop aroma allows the caramel maltiness to shine. Akin to many of our 4Seasons beers, as it shares the same barrels and is often the base used for 4Seasons blending

4Seasons Autumn '22 was an opportunity to have fun with maple, a flavor that has few uses outside of bigdessert-like beers. Notes of chocolate and coffee malts also create a rich environment that meld perfectly withsweet maple and nutty, earthy pecan. The mouthfeel is thick and luscious, and the aroma is like dessert-in-a-glasswithout over-the-top sweetness. Brown sugar is added late-boil to create a distinct brûlée finish.
